2.3 Source code organization

Naming of procedures follows scheme convention of prefixing procedure with the type e.g. bioseq-map and biocol-map. The following libraries are currently part of (harebrained scheme):

(harebrained bio)
(harebrained bio sequences)
(harebrained bio collections)
(harebrained bio read)
(harebrained bio read fasta)

All libraries are documented in the Library Reference.
